By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
Intellectual Property
You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or my trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Sei Thu Htun.
Limitation of Liability
The iAbidan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sei Thu Htun makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the iAbidan or the information, content, materials, or products included on the iAbidan. You expressly agree that your use of this iAbidan is at your sole risk.
In no event shall Sei Thu Htun be liable for any kind of damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from or in connection with your use of the iAbidan or any content or materials provided on the iAbidan. This limitation of liability applies even if Sei Thu Htun has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sei Thu Htun harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or in connection with your use of the iAbidan or any content or materials provided on the iAbidan.

The iAbidan may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply endorsement or approval of the linked websites or their content. Sei Thu Htun is not responsible for the content of any linked website.

Updates and Termination
The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems I decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Sei Thu Htun does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, I may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless I tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Sei Thu Htun reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of this iAbidan after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
